Provenance Determination of Nuts & Seeds

Nuts and seeds are becoming very important in the food, nutrition and health supplement industry. The increase in use of such products has prompted some new research by scientists from TSW Analytical Food Forensic Division.

Some of the early research has yielded interesting results from both a traceability (where the products are coming from) and from a health supplement perspective.
